1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of momentumconsulting.mx (the “Site”), operated by Momentum Consulting, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Momentum Consulting's services and products. You agree to use it lawfully and not to damage, overload, or disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access to it or related systems, or scrape it in a way that degrades its operation.

3. No offer or professional advice

Content on the Site — including blog articles, case studies, portfolio items, interactive demos, and calculators — is general information for illustrative purposes. It is not a binding offer, a quote, or technical, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, trademarks, logos, designs, original images, code, and blog material — belongs to Momentum Consulting or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share and quote blog articles with attribution and a link to the original. Third-party trademarks and client names belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and services (such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or product sites on their own domains). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, which are governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the Site accurate and online but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Personal information you provide through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Site or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and you waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of your present or future domicile, to the extent permitted by law.
